What is the Keto Diet?
The ketogenic or Keto diet is essentially a low-carb, high fat diet that helps people drop pounds. It involves drastically reducing carbohydrate and sweet intake and replacing it with fats. This reduction puts your body into a metabolic state called ketosis. This causes your body to become incredibly efficient at burning fat.
What can I eat on the Keto Diet?
